By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before starting a visit.

Nature of the service

Hypergevity operates a healthcare marketplace that connects patients with independently licensed healthcare providers and accredited pharmacies. Hypergevity does not practice medicine and does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed.

Clinical decisions are made solely by the treating provider based on the information you supply. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the safety and appropriateness of your care.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in a state where participating providers are licensed, and be able to enter into a binding agreement to use the services.

Services are intended for non-emergency care only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Payments and programs

Programs are billed at the prices displayed at checkout on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices, plans, and availability may change.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method and shipping address current. Failed payments may pause fulfillment of your program.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, misrepresent your identity or medical history, resell or divert medication, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that is unlawful, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
