The right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
The right to request deletion or correction of personal information, subject to legal and medical recordkeeping exceptions.
The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell protected health information. Where analytics or advertising technologies may constitute sharing under the CCPA, you may opt out using the instructions below.
How to submit a request
Email support@hypergevity.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission and proof of identity.
